Child Protective Services is the work done in the interests of children to preserve families whenever possible and prevent abuse and neglect.

Child Protection Agency Requests for CPS History
Child Protection agency requests for child protection history should be made on agency letterhead to the attention of Brittney Thyarks and faxed to (307) 777-3693 or emailed to brittney.thyarks@wyo.gov. The request should include the following:

  1. Name, phone and email address of the individual requesting information;
  2. Reason for the request;
  3. Names and dates of birth for the requested individuals; and
  4. A completed Application for Access to Abuse/Neglect Case .
