Eligibility Integrity Unit

The mission of the Eligibility Integrity Unit (EIU) is to protect the integrity of the public assistance programs that the Department of Family Services administers.

How is this mission statement accomplished?

  1. Investigate allegations of public assistance fraud; and
  2. Collect the overpaid public assistance benefits.
