Federal and State law require data collection associated with the development of Plans of Safe Care to the Department of Family Services. This is known as the PoSC Notification and is done via filling out the Notification of Infant Prenatally Substance Exposed & Plan of Safe Care google form. This notification is de-identified and strictly for the required data reporting.
