Children and Family Services Plan (CFSP)

Happy-young-Asian-family-sitting-with-stack-of-boxes-in-new-apartment

The Children and Family Services Plan (CFSP) was developed using data obtained from stakeholders, families and youth. The aim of the plan is to keep families safely together when possible, to build permanent and stable families for timely reunification if removal is necessary, and to promote successful long term transitions from care for both youth and families.

The Annual Progress and Services Report (APSR) updates the targeted CFSP plans.
