For the most efficient communication, please contact us as outlined below;

  • I need to complete my SNAP interview AND have provided my SNAP application.
    • Call 1-307-777-8550*not to be used if you have questions about your case*, this line is reserved for the purpose of completing interviews only. There will be a wait, as the workers manning this line are interviewing clients throughout the day.
    • This line is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, closed Thursday for processing. The other option to complete a SNAP interview is to go into your local DFS office for an in-person interview. 
  • I need to provide a SNAP application or verification for my SNAP case.
    • Email it to snappowerservice@wyo.gov, please include your full name and date of birth in the subject line.
    • You can also go into your local DFS office, as well as mail and fax in verifications. Please contact your local office for fax number.  
  • I have questions about my SNAP case or would like a status update on my pending application or case. 
    • Call your local DFS office. 
    • Head into your local DFS office. 
  • I have general questions about the SNAP program, like what are the income guidelines, or how do I apply for SNAP?
    • Call the Program Manager at 307-473-3948.
