About the HAF Program

The Wyoming Department of Family Services, with assistance from the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, is administering the Wyoming Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) Program, a U.S. Department of Treasury initiative passed through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 allocated $50 million, the minimum award, to Wyoming for the HAF Program. We expect to use the full amount allocated due to the high demand for mortgage assistance in Wyoming. The HAF Program opened for applications on May 2, 2022.
