The Wyoming Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) Program focuses on helping eligible Wyoming homeowners stay in their homes safely. This includes help for overdue payments for utilities, property taxes, homeowners insurance, and homeowners association dues. The maximum amount allowed per household is $17,000, which is paid to the vendor on behalf of the homeowner. The award covers arrears only (no prospective or ongoing payments). Priority will be given to mortgage arrears. This is a one-time award. Once an applicant has received their HAF funds, they will not be eligible for the HAF Program again.
